Description
Merchandising Administrative Assistant- Performs a variety of administrative and clerical support activities for multiple staff ensuring timely adherence and deadlines.
- Revise returns and match the reported information against the merchandisers' report at the store level.
- Reviews upcoming deadlines and work requirements and manages the flow of work.
- Formats and edits correspondence, presentations, proposals, reports, and spreadsheets as required.
- Take queries from supervisors and merchandisers of different stores and assist in problem resolutions.
- Upholds electronic and paper filing systems.
- Miscellaneous reports
Salary:
From $19.00 per hour

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- English and French (required)
