Job Summary:

Canadian Golf & Country Club is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Seasonal Custodial/Janitors.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic outdoor environment and contribute to the overall cleanliness and aesthetics of our prestigious golf course.

The position is seasonal, running from spring through fall.


Responsibility:

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of clubhouse facilities, including restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust clubhouse spaces to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for members and guests.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies in restrooms and other designated areas. (porta potties on course)
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events and tournaments as needed.
• Work closely with Food and Beverage Manager and Director of Golf to ensure a seamless and wellcoordinated cleaning schedule.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to create a secure working environment.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate Manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous custodial/janitorial experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to operate lift tables, vacuum, and other cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work weekends, holidays and flexible hours based on events and schedules.
• Working hours:
• Seasonal position from April 2024 to November 2024. Hours may vary depending on events and scheduling.
