- Minimum 10 years' experience as a Project Manager, with hands-on machining experience
- Manage new projects from inception to completion, including lead generation and estimating.
- Ability to maintain existing relationships with clients, build upon them, and generate new business.
- Full understanding of CNC machining, conventional machining and related processes.
- Able to determine appropriate methods for completion of various machining projects.
- Proficiency generating cost proposals based on information provided form blueprints, site visits, sample parts and interactions with customer representatives.
- Self driven with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills a necessity.
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques an asset (but not required)
