Job Title:
Office Manager (NOC 13100)

Racer Immigration Consulting specializes on helping emigrants come to Canada. Also, we help employers process LMIA and Work Permits.

We are currently looking for an Office Manager (NOC with experience in the printing industry.

The office manager oversees and implements administrative procedures, establish work priorities, conduct analyses of administrative operations and coordinate acquisition of administrative services such as office space, supplies and security services.


  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
  • Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
  • Carry out administrative activities associated with admissions to postsecondary educational institutions
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes
  • Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • May supervise records management technicians and related staff.

Requirements:


  • Must have at least one year experience in the immigration or recruitment industry
  • Administrative experience in the immigration or recruitment industry
  • Have the necessary technical understanding in immigration and consulting industry
  • Able to provide and communicate sound information to the manager
  • Able to define problems, collect data/facts (observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources) and draw reasonable conclusions.
  • Able to deal with various situations, to work independently as individual and part of a team.
  • Willing to work overtime and weekends if needed
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Must have at least a college diploma

Terms of Employment:
Full Time, Permanent

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm


Salary:
$16 per hour
