Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
  • Perform vehicle inspections and communicate findings to customers
  • Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Upsell additional services and products to customers
  • Generate repair orders and ensure accurate billing
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:


  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in cash handling and processing transactions
  • Mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
  • Experience working in a dealership or automotive service center is preferred
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Sales skills to effectively upsell services and products

Pay:
$65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
