Position Overview

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist with the roll out of new computers, assist with support of, and training on, a new HRIS/Payroll System being implemented.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with supporting the helpdesk in responding to user issues with a new HRIS/Payroll system being implemented in 2023, assisting with training on staff on the use of the new system, Computer installs, computer troubleshooting, etc.

It is imperative that the student has excellent customer service and interpersonal skills as well as great technical knowledge.

Qualifications:

Must currently be enrolled in a related IT postsecondary program
Because of the responsibilities of this position, preference will be given to those with: Experience with Windows 10 installation and configuring desktop computers, software installation, and training users on computer software.
