We are recruiting a talented, pragmatic, high-agency individual who would like to work with a dedicated group of professionals that has considerable experience in mergers and acquisitions, investing, finance,
and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis into a variety of investment opportunities for Longbow and support key due diligence work streams;
- Provide analytical support,
problem solving,
& opportunity identification for existing portfolio companies; - Screen and prioritize deal flow by participating in company pitches
& conducting initial analysis (strategic fit,
alert;industry/sector,
(& competition among others); - .Support the investment & operational team in a multitude of ways to maximize the effectiveness of the firm.< / li > < / ul >< h2 > < b > Skills and Qualifications Required < / b > < / h2 >< ul >< li > 3rd or 4th year of university,pursuing a degree relevant to private capital markets or the energy transition (business ,engineering law STEM etc.);< li > An interest in private equity,growth equity & investing ;< li > Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Word ;
