Description
Main Responsibilities & Activities:
- Greeting guests, managing flow and answering questions
- Answering phone calls and making call backs
- Booking appointments and meetings
- Organization of office and reception area
- Filing, data entry, faxes and file management
- Billing and collections (various insurance types and direct online billing)
- Processing insurance documentation (treatment requests and updates)
- Communication with other offices and health professionals
- Assist with other tasks and special projects as required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
- Enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
- Selfstarter capable of working independently with mínimal supervision
- Team player who enjoys learning and contributing to team goals
- Demonstrates problem solving skills
- Understands professionalism and privacy as it relates to the health profession
