Job summary
We are looking for a Dispatch Representative to join our team. The role involves maintaining collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to streamline operational route management. You will work closely with drivers and managers to ensure all service commitments are appointed to the appropriate routes. As a Dispatch Representative, you will be responsible for solving problems for drivers on route, authorizing driver requests to leave territory, and monitoring systems to ensure drivers are connected to network.Job description
