Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Able to oversee multiple landscaping crews at various locations
Flexibility required to accommodate daily and seasonal business needs
Ability to motivate employees and provide a positive work environment
Orientation and training of new personnel when required
Experience with
Snow Removal Operations in a commercial setting
Ability to identify training opportunities and areas of improvement among the team
Ensure employees adhere to company policies and procedures
Always working in an ethical manner
Other duties as required

Requirements:

Minimum
5 years of experience as a Foreman/woman in a Landscape Maintenance position in a commercial setting

Snow Removal knowledge and experience for a large team:

Knowledge of proper equipment maintenance protocol, submit work requests as required
Horticulture experienceknowledge of plant materials, as well as trees, plants, shrubs and flowers is an asset
G License and clean drivers abstract required
Exceptional communication skills verbal and written
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy required
Strong work ethic reliable and punctual
Able to assume responsibility and have a flexible teamplayer attitude
Previous experience operating maintenance equipment is an asset
