    Wills and Estates Lawyer

    Join our Team as a Wills and Estates Lawyer

    We are on the lookout for qualified candidates interested in an exciting opportunity with a top-notch law firm in Vaughan. Due to our growth and increased workload, we are establishing a Wills and Estates practice and need an innovative individual to lead this initiative.

    • Your role: As the newest team member, you will provide legal advice on wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, and related areas. Working closely with clients, you will assess their specific needs and develop customized legal strategies to help them achieve their objectives. Additionally, you will represent clients in managing their estate affairs. Adaptability is key as you may work independently or under the guidance of a senior lawyer in a growing team environment.
    • Key requirements: Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in a law firm, with expertise in wills and estates law, estate planning, administration, probate, and estate litigation. Strong communication skills, a dedication to providing high-quality legal services efficiently, and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario are essential. Proficiency in analytical, research, and writing tasks is also a must.
