    Position Description:

    CGI is a leading services provider to Financial Services sector that encompasses Capital Markets, Banking & Payments, Insurance, and Wealth, in the Greater Toronto Area. We are offering the chance to work with our team of experienced professionals coordinating activities across our business units. This is an opportunity to learn about business operations in an advanced, fast-paced environment.

    Student will be assigned in a reporting role for the GTA Operations team supporting Resource Management.

    In an effort to foster collaboration and partner with clients, co-op students will be required to be in the office multiple times a week.

    Your future duties and responsibilities:

    Create and track service orders, and provide accurate and timely reports to our Leaders

    Generate Resource Management records, reports and perform data analysis,

    Assist with creation and maintenance of status reports /dashboards/handbooks,

    Assist in the creation of Presentations as required,

    Responsible for meeting minutes, distribution of agendas, booking interviews and meetings follow-ups, action items etc.

    Establish new members in the RM tool, and assist members in RM profile/tool related inquiries

    Provide support with project assignments,

    Create and share end-of-day summary report to all of our Executives via email,

    Maintain and monitor our general inbox for RM and ensure email inquiries are responded in a timely manner,

    Assist new and existing members with maintaining individual profiles on our SharePoint site,

    Assist in profile sharing of our members (as requested),

    Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

    Must be in a Co-Op accredited program

    Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn, and can act with tact and diplomacy (as we are often dealing with sensitive and confidential member information),

    Excellent verbal & written communication and team skills

    Attention to details

    Advanced practical experience using the following Microsoft Office tools: Outlook (Distribution Lists, Tasks, Calendar), Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's, Macros, Conditional Formatting, Graphs), PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint.

    Excellent organizational and time management/prioritization abilities.

    High Quality and Process-driven approach to assignments.

    Ability to successfully multi-task and work with nominal supervision on your own and in a team environment.

    Ability to follow instructions, create/update documentation, trouble-shoot data analysis/ reporting issues, look for and recommend areas of improvement.
