The Role

Across product quality, regulatory, compliance, and safety - and throughout the product lifecycle - Veeva's unified cloud platform and software solutions help build consumer trust through collaboration, achieve a single source of truth, and gain unparalleled agility.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with other Veeva executives, product managers, and engineering architects on highlevel designs for each key feature
Coach a team of product managers on the ongoing production and refinement of requirements documents and other deliverables
Identify crossteam dependencies and facilitate necessary resource tradeoffs to maximize the value of each release
Ensure the successful resolution of product issues identified by field organizations
Articulate the benefits of new features and the future direction of the platform and solutions to customers and partners
Be a role model for the company culture

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, and formal presentation
Bachelor's degree
Proven track record as a product leader in enterprise software
7 years+ of experience within the product management function
5 years+ of experience with enterprise software
5 years+ managing a team of direct reports
Enterprise SaaS solutions
Strong technical skills to translate business requirements into developer specifications
