JOB TITLE:
Accounts Receivable Administrator

Primary Purpose


Major Responsibilities

  • Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling customer accounts.
  • Perform account analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies or outstanding balances.
  • Provide customers with monthly/quarterly sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer transactions and interactions.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers.
  • Assist with collections efforts by contacting customers to resolve overdue payments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing and payment processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with month end closing
- preparing and booking A/R related journal entries

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills/Knowledge Required

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel level
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated problemsolving abilities.
  • Data entry and computer skills.
  • Attention to detail; ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong work ethic.

Education and Experience

  • DEP or DEC in finance or accounting
  • 35 years' work experience in Accounts Receivable
