Advisor Solutions by Purpose provides Advisors with the technology to break away from the traditional dealer model, allowing entrepreneurial Advisors to launch and operate an independent practice without the historically high barriers to entry.

Responsibilities:
- Liaise between Advisors, clients, and custodians to ensure timely and accurate onboarding of new account openings.
- Understand requirements for each type of accounts that are offered (for example: RRSP, RESP, TFSA, LIF, RIF, Corporate, Trust, etc.) and conduct Quality Assurance (QA) reviews on new account documents for accuracy based on outlined procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Form relationships with Advisors, Portfolio Managers and various Partners to provide exceptional service. Proactively facilitate Advisor requests to streamline operations and minimize service disruptions.
- Ensure current or newly required documentations are updated as required. Adhering to procedures set by Operations and Compliance is a key component.
- Assist Advisors with platform related queries.
Escalations to various internal teams (for example:
Engineering) may be required if issues arise or workflow functionality may be out of sync.
- Back up other CoE (Centres of Excellence) in the department as required.
- Build crossworking relationships in order to coordinate service and operational activities with other CoE's as required. This includes Money Movement, Account Transfers and Relationship Managers.
Requirements:
- 24 years of proven professional experience in the client servicing or operations role.
- Excellent client service and verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding analytical skills with a problemsolving mindset.
- Someone who is able to communicate complex ideas in a simple and easytounderstand way.
- You thrive (or excel) in a fastpaced and deadlinedriven environment. You must be able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fastpaced, environment providing fast, friendly, and accurate service.
Nice to have:
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset.
- Experience in the wealth management or financial services industry. Good understanding of wealth management operations and working crossfunctionally with other departments.
- Experience using SQL and Excel is an asset.
