ContactMonkey is looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator to join the People Team.
Reporting into the Director of Culture, the Employee Experience Coordinator will be responsible for creating and fostering a positive and engaging employment journey for all employees.
You will work with the People team to create a workplace our people are excited about while also making sure all the essential processes and administrative tasks are being accomplished.
What you will be doing (People & Culture)
- Coordinate company wide meetings, such as All Hands, wellness sessions, employee events
- Assist with the annual rollout of the engagement survey; from preparing reports to woking with the Director of People on departmental plans
- Be an active member of ContactMonkey's Fun Club and Health and Safety Committee DEI committee
- Track success of programs and proactively make recommendations on how to improve
- Responsible for ensuring office housekeeping practices are maintained i.e. coordination of cleaning staff and upkeeping of kitchen and communal spaces
- Manage office programs including; ordering & picking up catering orders, office snacks, and other office supplies as required
- Support internal swag program
- Prepare and circulate office announcements for upcoming events, office maintenance and general reminders
- Work with Managers to create onboarding plans for new hires
- Own and manage the office budget
What you will be doing (Customer Relations)
- Vendors and suppliers relations (ensuring timely payment, negotiation, decision making)
- Invoice creation, ensuring timely payment, managing overdue payments, communicating payment updates to the appropriate internal departments)
You are...
- Passionate about creating an open, engaging, and inclusive work environment
- Competent at administrative and planning work that makes all of the fun things possible
- Experienced in office administration and/or project management, recruiting, engagement and onboarding
- Able to work in our Toronto office 4 days/week
- 1+ year(s) of experience in a coordinator role, preferably within HR but not necessary
- Well versed in event planning for large groups
- Comfortable presenting and speaking in front of large groups
- Solution oriented vs. problem oriented and often ask yourself, "what would I do if I was in charge?"
- Emotionally intelligent and 'always start with why' before assuming
