Responsibilities:

Monitor emergency alarm systems and promptly respond to incoming alarms
Assess the nature of the emergency and determine the appropriate response
Dispatch emergency personnel, such as police, fire, or medical services, as needed
Maintain accurate records of all alarm activations and responses
Coordinate with other departments or agencies involved in emergency response efforts
Stay updated on emergency protocols, procedures, and regulations
Provide support and guidance to individuals in distress until help arrives

Experience:

Previous experience in emergency management or a related field is preferred
Strong leadership skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to remain calm and composed in highstress situations
Proficient in using computer systems and software for alarm monitoring and dispatching
