- Support avec le suivi administratif des mesures disciplinaires: saisir les mesures dans logiciel interne, tenir les statistiques concernant la nature des mesures, analyser les tendances.;
- Faire des recherches de jurisprudence ou de pratique RH;
- Développer des KPI RH : grief, CRT, etc.;
- Faire des présentations dans le logiciel PowerPoint;
- Support administratif dans le suivi des mesures disciplinaires et administratives;
- Aider à coordonner certaines gouvernances RH-RT
- Première année d'études : Baccalauréat en relations industrielles
- Maitrise avancé logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint)
- Cours en droit du travail et/ou relations de travail (atout)
