Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
We need to add a person in an entry level Reception/Administrative Support position who can learn to take on additional responsibilities and challenges.
This person will be the first person our clients interact with and would ideally have experience in basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).
You will perform other office functions including directing calls in a professional and courteous manner, taking messages, greeting clients, collecting payments, issuing invoices and assisting other support staff as required.
This will provide an interesting variety of work in your work day.The challenge of learning and mastering new responsibilities will determine the pace at which you will advance. This position offers competitive pay along with group benefits and bonus packages.

Pay:
$16.46-$29.48 per hour
