We invite you to run the Centre for Labour Relations Training and Development, a division of Lancaster House, Canada's leading provider of conferences, information and analysis on labour, employment and human rights law.

The Centre provides training and education to labour relations professionals with an emphasis on the development of practical skills and knowledge that they need to create fair, effective and rewarding workplaces.

You will collaborate with a diverse community of experts, educators and practitioners, and spearhead the development of innovative programs for labour relations professionals.

The salary range for this full-time unionized position is $75,000-$112,500 (grade 1 in the Lancaster House/Unifor collective agreement) and the starting salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
