We're looking for an experienced YouTube Channel Manager to take full ownership of our YouTube channel and build a long-term growth strategy.Responsibilities
- Auditing the existing YouTube channel and identifying what caused the view drop
- Ffixing all Made for Kids / compliance / visibility issues
- Optimizing channel settings videos playlists metadata keyword research titles descriptions thumbnail guidance increasing impressions click-through rate watch time subscribers staying current with YouTube algorithm changes best practices reporting on performance growth metrics strong grasp of YouTube SEO analytics behavior ability to explain what went wrong how you'll fix it strategic thinker not just task-doer experience scaling channels from low or stalled views back to consistent growth recovering a channel after compliance or visibility issues growing a channel in business marketing service-based niches How to Apply When applying please include brief explanation of what likely caused our view drop examples of managed grown channels your approach to growing a channel from where we are now Applications that don't address these points will not be considered Budget Open hourly monthly retainer based on experience results Contract duration more than months with hours per week Mandatory skills: Video Editing Video Production Social Media Marketing
