A career as an information security business intelligence specialist in the office of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at National Bank means participating in the transformation by minimizing risks to maintain the trust of our clients.

It also means contributing to the implementation, evolution, optimization and automation of performance and risk indicators (KPI & KRI). This role is a catalyst for creating, maintaining and evolving our performance measures for the entire OSTC office.

It is through your extensive experience and knowledge in ETL, in the automation of performance measurements, in the production of dashboards and your ability to make data speak that you will be able to ensure a high reliability of our performance indicators.


Your job:


  • Design, optimize and automate performance and risk measures
  • Prepare impactful and relevant dashboards to facilitate decisionmaking
  • Connect to databases to extract relevant data, crossreference it with other data and produce new valueadded data;
  • Manage the quality of the data produced and certify its reliability
  • Challenge and challenge the status quo and continuously improve the availability of evidence and trust
  • Stay on top of best practices in producing performance and risk measures
Join the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) sector in the Outreach, Surrender and Coaching team of approximately 7 employees.

Competencies required:


  • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong experience in operating complex structured and unstructured data environments;
  • Experience in creating performance indicators;
  • Experience in creating executive dashboards;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Power BI tool;
  • Indepth knowledge of SQL;
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;

Preferred competencies:


  • Experience in agile environments
  • Excellent initiative, analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • Strong leadership and influence skills to facilitate collaboration with partners;
  • Experience in information security;
