Description

Leap international consulting is a Vancouver-based Immigration and business consulting firm that provides professional consulting services to our clients. We're currently looking for a full-time business development and marketing manager to join our team.

As the BD and marketing manager you will be responsible for the overall management and execution of the company's BD and marketing-related works.

Establish, develop and execute company marketing and promotional strategies for the company's services, including but not limited to website, videos, SEO, Social Media, Events & Trade Shows, Agents etc that's in line with company's objective and branding;
Study and understand company's service and products; Research and analyze other competitor's product/service, ensure company service are competitive and analyze marketing results, especially with business immigration services.
Oversee and manage company's marketing budget for staff recruitment, events, online marketing campaigns etc;
Managing all company social media platforms and post blogs as required;
Ensure all company promotional materials are up to date, including company website, videos, posters, electronic flyers etc;
Hire and supervise marketing staffs & contractors to ensure marketing plans are executed on time;
Research and attend local and oversea education trade shows to promote company's service;
Establish Agent network through researching, trade shows and on-site visits and maintain good agent relationship by answering Agent inquiries regarding company's services on time and collect Agent feed backs to the company;
Ensure company's marketing target are achieved;
Make monthly reports to board of directors on marketing performance and budget expenditures;
Provide suggestions and recommendations to company's marketing plans;
Other assigned duties as required;

Job Requirements

A University Degree or College Diploma in marketing, sales, communication, business administration or related field;
At least 3 years of previous working experience in marketing or sales or related occupations;
Ability to use office software;
Excellent time management and people skills;
International travel may be required to other cities and countries including Toronto, the States, China, Japan, Korea etc;
