Inside Sales Representative located in our
Kentville branch.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for completing the order process, which includes offering pricing terms according to established margins and sourcing of additional products.

He/she is also responsible for preparing small order quotes on contracting jobs, offering product knowledge to customers and expediting orders in a quick and effective manner.

Responsibilities:

Directly servicing the customer via phone & counter sales
Processing orders, inquiries & quotations
Maintaining a high level of customer service
Confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives
Picking, receiving and shipping duties when required

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written and an ability to impart knowledge.
A minimum of 35 years of electrical experience is required.
Good organizational skills
Computer literacy proficient with all Microsoft Office and familiar with the AS400
