- upport sales reps branch operations and distributors with technical and marketing assistance as needed. D
- evelop knowledge/skills regarding sales techniques and methods. A
- ssist in color verification and field color formulations. A
- ssist Branch operations and distributors in internal training at all levels. D
- evelop training aids and implement as needed to effectively communicate information. A
- ssist customer in set-up and implementation of mixing systems. A
- llow self to be readily accessible to customer for advice/assistance. B
- uild/manage relationships with sales reps/branches. I
- dentify potential problems and establish solutions with sales support network. G
- ive timely attention to customer comments and complaints and advise Area Sales manager, Branch Manager, and/or distributors of such. P
- ossess knowledge of Sherwin-Williams' competitive advantages. A
- ct as key technical knowledge source by staying up to date on industry and product change. C
- ontrol expenses, remaining within budget, and maintain required records/documentation and submit required reports, documentation, and summaries as required by management. E
- fficiently budget technical support calls to ensure the best use of time and company resources. M
- aintain accurate records of all demonstrations. M
- ake delivery of product as needed ensuring customer's quality and service expectations are met. C
- onduct self in professional manner to ensure customers' quality and service expectations are met. O
- perate vehicle in accordance with all state and federal laws while maintaining an acceptable personal driving record. A
- dhere to company safety standards at all times S
- uggests new products that are introduced if applicable. I
- mplements or create procedures that will help the customer in avoiding issues or allow them to improve their process. E
- nter all calls in CRM with detailed and accurate comments. T
- roubleshoot product quality issues that may occur and implement solutions. A

- mployee will spend approximately 45% of the day sitting (due to driving). Employee must be able to drive a car or van, s
- ince a major portion of this position is traveling from site to site. M
- ust be able to tint paint, therefore, must be able to distinguish one or more chromatic colors. E
- mployee must be able to tolerate non-toxic paint odors and be able to wear a respirator as required. E
- mployee must be able to operate a hand truck and/or material handling equipment. E
- mployee must be able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone.
