    The Role

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
    • Assist customers with queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
    • Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database systems.
    • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing programs to promote our products and services.
    • Work with content marketing and design teams to create engaging content for our website and social media channels.
    • Review and optimize the design and content of all online assets, including our website and social media pages.
    • Plan and control digital marketing budgets and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
    • Use A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance.
    • Analyze results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Generate monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
    • Monitor user analytics and use insights to drive strategies to secure downloads and improve customer engagement.

    Ideal Profile

    • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numerical data.
    • Ability to find creative solutions to problems.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems.
