Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Hire, train, and manage a dynamic team of 20+ Ambassadors.
  • Set clear team goals and KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Engage daily with people, with a target of closing 10% on premium memberships.
  • Train Ambassadors to reach daily engagement targets and achieve an 810% closure rate on premium memberships.
  • Oversee and grow the market share within the Kingston territory.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a large territory effectively.

Pay:
$115,000.00-$145,000.00 per year
