    Key Responsibilities


    • Safely direct a crew in delivering high-quality tree services, including pruning, removals, and inspections.

    • Maintain equipment and ensure its proper use by crew members.

    • Evaluate job sites to determine necessary tasks and assign work accordingly.

    • Cultivate strong relationships with customers through exceptional service delivery.

    Requirements


    • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Arborist Crew Member or similar role with ISA certification (International Society of Arboriculture).
