Looking to get into the Insurance industry?Perhaps you lack the experience, but need somewhere to start. Or, perhaps you're looking for a new office role. Maxxam Insurance Victoria is looking for a readily motivated individual to join our growing team as the forefront of our company
This role will be 4-days per week with 10-hour shifts - totaling 40hrs/week.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage the multiline switchboard which includes answering, screening and forwarding the calls in a timely and accurate manner
- Greet incoming customers and guests in a professional manner, ensuring they have an appropriate contact
- Daily policy filing
- Taking policy payments as required via telephone or inperson
- Account posting of invoices
- Miscellaneous Administration duties and clerical support
- Ordering of supplies
- Maintain the reception area
- Additional administrative tasks and projects, as required
- Bank deposit tasks
