Looking to get into the Insurance industry?

Perhaps you lack the experience, but need somewhere to start. Or, perhaps you're looking for a new office role. Maxxam Insurance Victoria is looking for a readily motivated individual to join our growing team as the forefront of our company

This role will be 4-days per week with 10-hour shifts - totaling 40hrs/week.


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Manage the multiline switchboard which includes answering, screening and forwarding the calls in a timely and accurate manner
  • Greet incoming customers and guests in a professional manner, ensuring they have an appropriate contact
  • Daily policy filing
  • Taking policy payments as required via telephone or inperson
  • Account posting of invoices
  • Miscellaneous Administration duties and clerical support
  • Ordering of supplies
  • Maintain the reception area
  • Additional administrative tasks and projects, as required
  • Bank deposit tasks

Experience:

Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
