This Manager Engineering Condition Assessment will manage a team of 7 including a Program Manager, Project Managers Technical Analyst and Financial Coordinator Defines project objectives scope of work proposed stages and schedules for Water Wastewater Capital Projects in partnership with other applicable Sections Manages the distribution of workload to staff provides support advice as required Effectively partners with corporate organizations to deliver efficient effective services Liaises co-ordinates with Public Elected Officials concerning delivery Capital Program addressing concerns complaints Responsible operation Section manages reporting staff promoting service-oriented culture teamwork cooperation within external partners Handles issues escalated reporting staff conducts performance appraisals immediate reports handles performance issues supports staff development training Develops plans Section makes recommendations Director project priorities service delivery strategies means resourcing related cost implications Develops administers Sections Operating Budget approves major transactions prepares financial forecasts presents same Director approval Defines business advantages implementation new technology software enhancements reports systems malfunctions deficiencies recommends solutions Prepares gives presentations highlighting section achievements plans.
