  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Diploma in hospitality or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a supervisor or manager.
  • Knowledge is French is an asset

WHAT YOU'D DO

  • Works closely with the various department heads and the employees under their responsibility to ensure the quality of customer service
  • Collaborates to achieve the budgeted objectives for his/her department with the help of his/her teams
  • Coordinate daytoday housekeeping activities: supply equipment, take inventory, assign tasks to your team, and inspect rooms and other designated areas.
  • Act as a point person to manage concerns for the team on duty
  • Be available to assist the team in the event of an emergency or lack of staff.
  • Hire, train, support, and motivate the housekeeping team in the accomplishment of their tasks and their development.
