    Our Pension Administration teams is looking for a someone who has a keen ability to lead and build teams, and who has a strong background in client care excellence for the role of Pension Administration Manager.

    Reporting to the Director of Pension Administration, the successful candidate will use their leadership skills to provide coaching and guidance to team members and provide oversight for all pension related activities.

    Provide coaching and guidance to members of the Pension Administration team.
    Evaluate the performance of team members and complete the annual review for each individual.
    Recommend efficiencies, enhancements, and resource requirements to the Director of Pension Administration.
    Oversee the accuracy of benefit payments and pension records.
    Liaise with other pension plan sponsors and administrators, external lawyers, consultants, actuaries, and auditors.
    Define appropriate KPI's and utilize visual management systems to measure progress against Corporate and personal Objectives.

    Develop, implement and measure workflow management systems, member self-service and pension calculation tools, procedures, and internal standards and controls.

    Prior experience working with pension administration, related provincial legislation, or other experience in financial services would be considered an asset.
