- Drive Alignment: Maintain tight feedback loops and clear communication cadences between internal teams and external partners to ensure total alignment.
- Guide Implementation & Adoption: Lead the rollout of new systems by managing process changes and providing the hands‑on support necessary to ensure the technology is successfully adopted.
- Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Provide transparent, high-impact reporting using Power BI and Excel to track milestones, KPIs, and resource utilization for leadership.
- Post‑secondary education in computer science, business, information technology, or a related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on delivering B2B SaaS projects end‑to‑end being an asset.
- You're a proactive collaborator who keeps the engine running smoothly by organizing feedback loops that bridge the gap between business intent and technical reality.
- You possess a natural "owner" mindset with the initiative to identify pain points and drive feature ideas from concept to completion.
- You can take a high‑level, sometimes vague business request and distill it into a structured technical requirement that an engineer can execute without constant back‑and‑forth.
- You enjoy staying informed on emerging tech and aren't just a passive observer; you're always thinking about how new innovations can be applied to solve our unique challenges.
- You have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and are comfortable using Azure DevOps, Jira, and Power BI to turn plans into reality.
- PMP Certification will be considered an asset.
