This project requires enterprise-grade quality, long-term maintainability, documentation, and a structured development process. The system must include a private admin panel with authentication and allow the administrator to view all bookings, filter by status, create bookings manually,edit booking status, delete bookings automatically release capacity when deleting view customer details comments payment type total amount monthly reservation view days with and without bookings month navigation manual date blocking to prevent bookings create new tours edit existing tours activate or pause tours delete tours define per tour images videos content prices schedules capacity tour type public or private configuration enable or disable payment methods edit bank details basic security management professional visual design conversionfocused UI/UX logo design included premium tourism style visual consistency between public website and admin panel custom development backend with custom business logic databasedriven system custom booking system real payment integrations secure website HTTPS IMPORTANT FUNCTIONAL CONDITIONS The system must validate availability and business rules before allowing payment preventing any kind of overbooking clear booking and payment states must exist pending payment confirmed cancelled A booking created manually from the admin panel must affect availability the same way as a customer booking editing prices schedules or capacity must NOT affect existing bookings paused tours must not be visible or bookable on the public website full booking history must be accessible from the admin panel the booking flow must be fully usable on mobile devices clear userfacing messages MUST BE DISPLAYED WHEN RULES ARE VIOLATED OR AVAILABILITY IS NOT SUFFICIENT WHAT WE EXPECT IN YOUR PROPOSAL Please include estimated TOTAL fixed price for the project estimated timeline with milestones proposed technology stack architecture what is included explicitly NOT included examples of similar booking or reservation platforms you have built Contract duration 3 to 6 months 30 hours per week Mandatory skills Web Application Development JavaScript React Database Architecture API Integration.
