Description
DUTIES
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the clinic
- Oversee and coordinate the work of clinic staff, including dr's assistants and administrative personnel
- Ensure compliance with medical and ethical standards, as well as regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care
- Monitor and evaluate clinic performance, including patient satisfaction and staff productivity
- Schedule and organize OR's for patients
- Manage the clinic's budget, including financial planning and resource allocation, oversee medical billing, private billing and collections
- Maintain accurate and uptodate electronic medical records (EMR)
- Provide assistance to the physicians as required
- Schedule and lead all Business meetings
- Ordering office supplies
- Office Budget and bookkeeping
- Staff Payroll
- Liaison between office and all outside agencies
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a supervisory role, in a medical office setting preferably Gynecology and Obstetrics
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, Accuro and Connect Care preferred
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and healthcare providers
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
- Knowledge of booking keeping and payroll
- Ability to take vitals
