Nortak Software is currently seeking Project Managers with the following qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:

Must have a minimum ten (10) years of experience, within the last fifteen (15) years, working as a Project Manager performing each of the seven (7) tasks listed below for projects of a minimum of six (6) cumulative months: 1) Manage other Project Management resources that are responsible for an element of the project and its associated project team; 2) Manage the project during the initiation, planning, execution, implementation and operations startup, by ensuring that resources are made available and that the project is developed and is fully operational within previously agreed time, cost and performance parameters; 3) Formulate statements of problems, establish procedures for the development and implementation of significant, new or modified project elements to solve these problems, and obtains approval thereof; 4) Define and document the project work breakdown structure to be integrated in the master schedule; 5) Report progress of the project on an ongoing basis and at milestones in the lifecycle through project schedule monitoring; 6) Prepare plans, charts, tables and diagrams to assist the Project Executive in analyzing or displaying problems, work with a variety of project management tools; and 7) In support of the Project Executive, provide project coordination and administration tasks, including project site documentation and meeting minutes
Must have worked, within the last ten (10) years, on a minimum of three (3) of the following for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) or Information Management (IM) projects: Document Management; Collaboration Management; Records Management; Web Content Management; Business Process Management; Architecture Management
Must hold at least one (1) of the following: a valid and recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI); a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification; and/or the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification
Must have a postsecondary degree, diploma or certification from a recognized training institution in a field relevant to project management, information management, computer science, business administration
Valid Government of Canada Reliability Status security screening granted by CSP/PSPC
