    Description

    Day-to-day Responsibilities:

    • Upload vendor contracts
    • Process invoice payments
    • Track costs in spreadsheets
    • Meet with vendors on site and schedule meetings with them (vendor meetings will all be within a 2 blocks of office, no car required)
    • Book meetings with large parties (stakeholders)

    Must-haves/key skills needed

    • 3 years of experience with project coordination/Construction projects/budgeting
    • MS Office Suite

    Plusses/education/certifications

    • Construction environment experience
    • Project Management Certificate
    • MS Project experience (this is tool they use, similar tools: , Smartsheet, JIRA)
