Cafe Panchita is seeking a highly experienced and talented Baker to join our All Day Breakfast/Artisanal Bakery producing great quality sourdough, rich dough and pastries- Ability to handle delicate croissants
- Must be able to create all products from scratch.
- Able to work flexible fulltime
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new baking concepts and ideas.
- Will report directly to Chef.
- A high level of creativity, an eye for detail and consistency.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and eventually teach concepts and methodologies to new bakers.
- Sliced meat and cheese and make fillings and butter blocks ready for next day
- Maintain workspace cleaning
Shift will be 3pm-11pm or 4pm-12pm or 5am-1pm_
Experience:
- Artisanal baking/craft experience is an asset

$22.00 to $25.00 per hour
