What you'll do:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with service inquiries and appointments.
Listen attentively to customer concerns and questions, providing knowledgeable and friendly assistance.
Communicate service options, pricing, and timelines clearly and transparently to customers.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Maintain service logs and records, including customer information, service history, and warranty details.
Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers over the phone.
Assist technicians in diagnosing and resolving technical issues with hot tubs and related equipment.
Collaborate closely with service technicians, sales staff, and management to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

Who We Are Looking For:

We're seeking passionate individuals who are:

Energetic and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and a zest for life
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or serviceoriented environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Knowledge of hot tubs, spa equipment, or related products is highly desirable.
Basic technical aptitude and problemsolving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as needed.
