Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Partner with management team in overall financial support of assigned organization
- Develop and interpret complex financial and operational information for analysis to financial and executive management teams
- Work closely with Regional and Area General Manager to interpret and analyze financial data
- Provide financial budgeting and detailed analysis of actual budget versus planned and forecasted budgets
- Develop and direct special projects, ensuring accurate and timely results
- Prepare and present key executive summary analysis to Financial and Executive leadership
- Act as expert point of contact for Regional and Area General Manager financial inquiries and analysis requests
- Proactively analyze current processes to identify, recommend and implement improvements
- Provide insight and recommendations for cost savings or profitability improvement strategies
- Prepare and present forecasts, reporting and analysis including but not limited to detailed P/L reviews
- Ensure adherence with all compliance and corporate processes, policies and procedures
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and minimum of five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to prioritize and maintain high degree of organization
- Sharp analytical and problemsolving skills
- Poses excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data, taking appropriate action
- Ability to build strong relationships

Salary Range:
- $110,000 - $125,000 per year
