Responsibilities and Expectations:

Partner with management team in overall financial support of assigned organization
Develop and interpret complex financial and operational information for analysis to financial and executive management teams
Work closely with Regional and Area General Manager to interpret and analyze financial data
Provide financial budgeting and detailed analysis of actual budget versus planned and forecasted budgets
Develop and direct special projects, ensuring accurate and timely results
Prepare and present key executive summary analysis to Financial and Executive leadership
Act as expert point of contact for Regional and Area General Manager financial inquiries and analysis requests
Proactively analyze current processes to identify, recommend and implement improvements
Provide insight and recommendations for cost savings or profitability improvement strategies
Prepare and present forecasts, reporting and analysis including but not limited to detailed P/L reviews
Ensure adherence with all compliance and corporate processes, policies and procedures

Qualifications and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and minimum of five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to prioritize and maintain high degree of organization
Sharp analytical and problemsolving skills
Poses excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data, taking appropriate action
Ability to build strong relationships

Salary Range:
- $110,000 - $125,000 per year
