Job Overview:

Aquilla Archaeology Ltd. is seeking a qualified office manager starting immediately.


Duties:


  • Coordinate schedules, track projects
  • Accounts payable and receivable with Quickbooks accounting software experience
  • Manage supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office
  • IT skills
  • Work with our vendors, service providers, building support, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Liaise with office vendors, service providers
  • Office and Lab maintenance coordination
  • Provide general support

Qualifications:

  • Clear verbal and written communicator
- very organized and detail oriented

  • Efficient problem solver
  • High computer literacy (word, excel, outlook, Quickbooks etc.)
  • Flexibility
  • Sensitivity
  • Ethical and professional conduct

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Pay:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour
