Summary
We are seeking a junior Real Estate Conveyancer to join our growing team at Verum Law.
Responsibilities
- Prepare documents related to purchase, sale, and financing of real estate properties.
- Conduct and review due diligence searches on real estate properties.
- Communicate with our clients as well as various representatives from law firms, realty brokerages, financial institutions, and municipalities.
- Maintain organized records and compile reports on transactions.
Skills Required:
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Basic mathematical competency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, Teams, Word, and Outlook.
- Organization and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- A certification such as a paralegal diploma is preferred.
- 13 years conveyancing experience is preferred.
Pay:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
