    We are seeking a seasoned Lighting Designer to join our growing team.



    Job Summary



    This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and support the growth of our Lighting Design practice. As Senior Lighting Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing projects, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.



    Main Responsibilities



    • Oversight of project delivery teams to ensure timely completion of projects meeting client expectations;
    • Mentorship and guidance to junior designers on quality control, best practices, and industry trends;
    • Collaboration with architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, sustainability professionals and contractors to build strong relationships;



    You will be working closely with various stakeholders including architects engineers owners developers clients suppliers vendors partners colleagues internal external experts advisors etc .
