As a highly skilled professional, you will provide primary therapeutic services to assigned clients in various settings.

• Responsibilities include delivering therapeutic support and case management services to assigned clients in hospital, residential or community settings.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans aligned with established protocols and guidelines.
• Offer education and training to clients and families on effective coping mechanisms, stress management, and relevant topics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless client care.
