Great opportunity to join the wonderful Taddle Creek Family Health Team at Bay/College, downtown Toronto.
Looking for someone to either take on the full practice (with option to keep roster or downsize), or split the practice.
Practice is well established and part of a FHO of 17 MDs, as well as a FHT with access to the greatest social workers, dietician, nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, psychiatrists and Diabetes Team.
The support is fantastic.Our office is run by us physicians and overhead is just for rent/payroll/office expenses.
NO COST TO TAKE OVER.
Start date is flexible
