We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire students. This is a rewarding role for individuals who are enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge and helping others learn.


Responsibilities:

• Conducting classroom and handson training sessions for Class 1 Melt Truck operation.
• Developing training materials and curriculum to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Willing to train but you must have 3 years of experience as a class 1 driver.
• Providing constructive feedback and guidance to trainees to enhance their skills and safety awareness.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations during training sessions.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve training programs.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience operating Class 1 Truck in various conditions and environments.
• Previous experience as a trainer or instructor in the transportation industry would be an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
• Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
