About the position
The Studio Coordinator - Client Services has a direct impact on the client experience.

Reporting to the Director - Studio Operations, the role assists the Studio Team with coordination and administration of full cycle client studios services across Canada.

This client facing role has the confidence to approach customer demands with tact, diplomacy and professionalism while also balancing a high volume of administrative duties.

Regular business hours, weekdays 8:00am until 5:00pm, located out of our newly renovated office in Etobicoke, On.


How you'll contribute:


  • Main point of contact for facility operational needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and trades about facility maintenance issues.
  • Liaise with building property management and landlord contacts as may be required.
  • Conducts walk through of facilities with potential clients and current clients as needed.
  • Enter client information and accounting details into designated databases as submitted by all team members.
  • Assist the accounting workflow as it pertains to Studios clients and vendors—including the timely creation of work orders, purchase orders, and payment criteria.
  • Update files as Operating Costs reconciliations are received from Landlords and track changes/updates on file.
  • Process third party and utilities invoices, verifying if billable or nonbillable with Facilities personnel and managers as required.

  • Previous experience in the film/tv production industry, such as Office/Locations Production Assistant.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Basic Accounting skills.
  • Expected to travel between multiple facilities in various locations, reliable vehicle required.
