Validus Fitness is a community-based facility full of staff and members alike who are passionate about being positive, being relentless and about having a persevering attitude that extends beyond the walls of the gym.
With over 8,000 square feet of training space we are equipped and dedicated to help our clients meet their fitness goals through functional fitness classes, personal training and nutrition coaching.
Responsibilities:
- coach a minimum of 10-15 hours of classes each week
- personal training, including writing individualized programming
- manage member accounts and retention, and assist members with requests and inquiries
- perform various administrative tasks
- assist with marketing/social media initiatives
- assure cleanliness of gym
Experience:
2 years minimum personal training experience
1 year minimum experience in management or similar role
Salary:
$31,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Aurora, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- fitness training: 2 years (preferred)
