We are seeking an extremely organized and driven individual with excellent communication skills to fill a position of:


Design & Marketing Coordinator

• Book and Catalogue production, design, layout and process
• Assist in onboarding new product to website and digital catalogs
• Creating and Proofing Artwork and Product information
• Visual communication

- trade shows, photo shoots, sales presentations, staging etc.

• Data entry
• Collection costing and PO creation
• Liaise with Vendors & sample makers alike
• Showroom coverage where required
• Special projects as assigned

Personal Skills and Abilities:

Our Design Studio is fast passed and high energy, this position requires an extremely organized person who has the ability to take direction but is not afraid to initiate.

Functional Experience, Skills and Abilities:

Required:
Excel

- intermediate/advanced, Photo Shop
- intermediate, Power point
- intermediate,

AS 400- intermediate

Beneficial skill:
Quark intermediate, CMS based web programming, Design or Graphic Design background

Professional and Academic Credentials:
Post-secondary education (College or University Degree) in Business or related field Marketing, Design, Merchandising, etc.

Salary:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
