What the day will look like
Providing assistance to Brokers in preparing and submitting bond order forms to underwriters
Processing new bonds and bond renewals, changes, additions, deletions and cancellations
Answering and screening incoming calls
- handling general queries and/or take messages as needed
Composing and distributing routine correspondence
Calculating adjustments and premiums on bonds and other Surety documents
Interacting directly with the underwriters to follow up or obtain additional information
Reviewing and proofreading all assignments, obtaining proper signatures and dispensing as appropriate
Leading by example by demonstrating and sharing with all lines of business the importance of the best practise and;
Other related duties and responsibilities as required How this opportunity is different
